Two arrested with ten liters of Mahua liquor


Bakhri/Gaurav Kumar Kesari: Bakhri police has arrested two youths from Vishram Chowk with ten liters of country made Mahua liquor. Giving information, Police Station Head cum Inspector Vikash Kumar Rai said that secret information was received that Mahua liquor was being sold at Bakhri Vishram Chowk. Police was sent under the leadership of SI Uday Shankar Kumar to verify the information.

From where Santosh Rai, son of Garib Rai, resident of Makkhachak Ward 19, and Sintu Kumar, son of Jai-Jai Ram Rai, were arrested with ten liters of Mahua liquor kept in two separate plastic gallons. He told that both the arrested youths were under the influence of alcohol, an FIR has been registered against the said youth under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and sent to judicial custody.
