Darbhanga-Ayodhya Vande Bharat The Amrit Bharat Express, the common man’s “Vande Bharat” train, will be inaugurated today. The first ‘Amrit Bharat Express “will run from Ayodhya to Sitamarhi, the birthplace of Lord Ram.
The train will be flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This will be the first such train in the country which will be run on pull push technology. This train with pull-push technology will have a front engine as well as a rear engine
The next engine will pull the train. Whereas, the rear engine will help push the train forward. Due to this, the speed of the train will increase significantly. The 22-coach train has a maximum speed of 130 kmph.
There will be sleeper and general coaches on December 30, Saturday i.e. today the Amrit Bharat train will get the green signal. The train will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Ayodhya today. This train will reach Sitamarhi, the birthplace of Sita Mata, from the city of Shri Ram.
At the same time, from 1 January 2024, Amrit Bharat train will run regularly from Darbhanga to Anand Vihar. The train has general and sleeper class coaches. The 15558 Amrit Bharat Express will leave Anand Vihar station at 3.10 pm on every Tuesday and Friday to reach Darbhanga at 11.50 pm the next day
