On Wednesday, the 30-year-old fitness influencer posted a disturbing photograph on Instagram of herself lying in a hospital bed.
She did not explain what the operation was for.
I have just had surgery. ‘I will publish a YouTube video about it after I have healed,’ she added in the description.
Tammy subsequently posted another image to her Stories, this time with a bundle of red flowers, Haribo ‘Tangfasties’ lollipops, Oreos, and a bottle of water, as well as a handwritten letter.
Tammy’s fiancé Matt Zukowski wrote the card, which read: ‘I love you, always and forever, xox. Matthew.’
Tammy and former Love Island star Zukowski, 28, became engaged in December after only three months of dating, and they plan to marry in November.
Tammy captioned the photograph, “coming home to this post-surgery.” “I love this man,” followed by a happy sobbing emoji.

Tammy also uploaded a photo with her sisters, Amy and Emilee, who wore sleek black and mint outfits, respectively.
In one shot, the bride-to-be displayed a variety of foods, including oysters, arancini, and sandwiches.
The social media celebrity captioned the photo, ‘wedding menu sampling.’
The influencer, who has been engaged twice but never married, also expressed surprise that her wedding was taking place this year.
‘I still can not believe I am a 2024 bride,’ she wrote.
