Secret lives of mormon wives hulu : Who are TikTok’s “swinging Mormons?”

If you were busy stroking grass and somehow missed this scandal, here’s a short reminder: Taylor Frankie Paul, a well-known Mormon influencer, confirmed her divorce in May 2022.

Divorce is strictly prohibited in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly known as the Mormon Church).

Taylor also revealed that she and her husband were members of a “soft swinging” group with other Mormon couples in their Utah town.

The internet, as expected, lost its collective mind. The once-judgmental but wholesome world of #MumTok descended into turmoil, with rumors of who slept with whom, partner shifting, and broken marriage vows.

Swinging Mormons Reality Show

The entire scenario became so popular that Hulu announced in January 2024 that they had greenlit a reality show called The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

According to Deadline, the comedy takes place in the “scandalous world of a group of Mormon mom influencers, who implode when they become embroiled in a swinging sex scandal that makes international headlines.” Now, their sisterhood is shaken to its core.”

In other words, expect plenty of debates about faith, family, and fidelity (or lack thereof).

Given the subject topic, this is unlikely to be your normal reality show. It combines Real Housewives of Salt Lake City with Sister Wives.
