Who says there cant be a hole in the sky so throw it healthily says a 22-year-old Dushyant Kumar. At such a young age he has achieved the rank by cracking UPSC in the very first attempt on the basis of his hard work and perseverance. Recently the UPSC has released the result of the Engineering Services Examination. Saransh Gupta has secured the 20th rank in Civil Engineering. Let find out the story behind this success.
According to media reports Saransh is a resident of Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh. His father Sanjeev Gupta is a panchayat secretary. Her mother is a housewife. Apart from this his elder brother and sister are also in bank services. In an interview to the media Saransh says that he always got a learning environment at home and got a lot of support from the family.
Since childhood he was fond of reading. After completing her class 12 she cleared the JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams and took admission in IIT BHU. He completed his engineering from there. Due to his ability he started getting job offers during his studies.
According to reports he was offered a job by a big private company at a package of Rs 16 lakh but his dream was to go to UPSC IES so he turned down the offer. He had been preparing for the exam since his graduation. The result of his tireless hard work was that he passed the exam in the very first attempt.
