Prosecution officers will take training on judicial code


Bakhri / Gaurav Kumar Kesari : Sub-Divisional Prosecution Officer Sharma Praveen Kumar Ramratan has been called for training by the Central Intelligence Training Institute. It may be noted that the new Code of Criminal Procedure, which is coming into effect from July 1, has made extensive changes in the Indian Evidence Act and the Indian Penal Code. To closely understand the changes made in it, training of officers is going on, in which it has become necessary to provide comparative study of legal provisions to people knowledgeable in law. The said workshop is to be held in Ghaziabad from 27 to 31 May 2024. Bakhri sub-division of Begusarai district will be represented in the workshop by Sub-Divisional Prosecution Officer Sharma Praveen Kumar Ramratan posted in the prosecution office Bakhri.
