Organizing public court for land dispute settlement


Naokothi / Begusarai : Janta Darbar was organized in the Naukothi police station premises on Saturday for resolving land disputes of various revenue villages under the block area. A case was registered in the Janta Darbar today, in which a dispute regarding Raiyat land of Virendra Tanti, son of Geetu Tanti vs. Santosh Tanti, son of Ram Lakhan Tanti, village Razakpur, was registered. Also, today a case was executed in which the case of dispute regarding Raiyat land of Mahadev Tanti, son of late Ragho Tanti vs. Ramnandan Singh, son of late Dhanik Singh, resident of Hasanpur Bagar, was executed.

A total of 2 cases are pending for execution in Janta Darbar. All the old pending cases were heard today. During this CO Suraj Kumar, CI Shambhu Paswan, SHO Dinesh Kumar, SI Kundan Rajak, revenue employee Akhilesh Ram, data entry operator Amarjeet Kumar and the complainant were present.
