Nasa boeing starliner astronauts, Here’s what we know about the Boeing Starliner astronauts lost in space

Nasa boeing starliner astronauts : Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams’ loved ones expect them to return from ISS in February 2025.

Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams, experienced Boeing Starliner astronauts, are currently trapped in orbit and will not return until February. The two have a long history in space, and their families believe that keeping them there was ultimately the wisest decision for their safety.

What was planned to be an eight-day excursion into orbit has morphed into a month-long journey. NASA authorities confirmed over the weekend that the malfunctioning spacecraft would return to Earth without them.

Wilmore and Williams have remained aboard the International Space Station since engineers found helium leaks and thruster difficulties immediately after Boeing’s CST-100 Starliner docked, prompting NASA and Boeing to conduct an investigation.

Wilmore and Williams have had previous experience in space. According to his official NASA bio, this is Wilmore’s third journey to the International orbit Station, and he has spent 178 days in orbit during his previous two missions. His most recent journey ended in March 2015.
