Information was given on the topic of fire prevention, which was fixed for the fourth Saturday of May. It is our responsibility to reduce the incidence of fire and the loss of life and property caused by it during the summer season. While explaining about the dangers and prevention from fire, she said that the incidents of fire in crops due to short circuit, gas leakage and firecrackers, bidi, cigarette are becoming common. In case of fire, without panic, dial 101 and inform the fire department. It is mandatory to keep fire extinguishers and buckets filled with sand, soil and water in homes, shops, offices and schools. It is necessary to have a fire extinguisher within every 10 meters in the school. Lighted lamps (Diya), candles, lanterns should not be kept in such a place where there is a possibility of fire if they fall. In case of fire, people of the community should extinguish the fire with cooperation. Acting Principal of the school Vibha Kumari said that it is necessary for the people of the community to know about fire prevention.
