Dr Dalton Renick Roanoke VA : A former pediatrician at Carilion Clinic made sexually improper comments to patients and their parents as part of a “egregious pattern of disruptive behavior,” according to medical regulators.
In suspending Dr. Dalton Renick’s license, the Virginia Board of Medicine declared in an Aug. 22 order that “a substantial danger to public health or safety warrants this action.”
According to the ruling, from August 2021 to February 2024, Renick “dropped the ‘f-bomb’ in front of patients and their families” and expressed a desire to have sex with a newborn baby.
During a January meeting with clinic officials to examine his behavior, “Dr. Renick stated that when you love something so much, you just want to f- — it,” according to the order.
Renick was suspended at the conclusion of the conference. According to the order, after an investigation by his company, he was sacked on February 8.
