Bajaj: Now the country’s popular bike manufacturer Bajaj has launched two new bikes of its popular Pulsar series, which are NS160 and NS200 and they have been introduced in a completely new avatar. The company has made changes in both these bikes which make them different from the previous models. Let us tell you, the price of Pulsar NS160 is Rs 1.46 lakh and the price of Pulsar NS200 is Rs 1.57 lakh (ex-showroom price). Let us tell you what changes have been made in these two bikes?

What changes happened in Pulsar range?

Bajaj has given the same looking LED headlights in both the bikes, but some changes have been made on the inside. Thunder-shaped LED daytime running lights (DRL’s) have been provided in these. Apart from this, the body of the bikes is as muscular as before, but no changes have been made in its panels, so that their price does not increase much.

Power and performance

Let us tell you that no change has been made in their mechanism. In Bajaj’s Pulsar NS160, you have been given a 160cc engine which generates power of 17.03 bhp and torque of 14.6 Newton meters. In this you are given 5 speed gearbox.

Whereas in Bajaj’s Pulsar NS200, you have been given a 199cc single cylinder engine which generates power of 24.13 bhp and torque of 18.74 Nm. It has a 6-speed gearbox.

What features will you get?

Bajaj has given a new digital display in both the bikes. The instrument console of these bikes has features like speedometer, RPM meter, odometer, fuel level and smartphone connectivity. Both these bikes of Bajaj have smartphone connectivity which provides notification of calls and messages.

How is the hardware provided?

Both these bikes of Bajaj Pulsar have USD fork at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear. It has disc brake at the front and disc brake with ABS at the rear. Bajaj has given 17 inch wheels in both the bikes.
