Rashtriya Lok Morcha chief and NDA candidate from Karakat Lok Sabha constituency Upendra Kushwaha gave his reaction for the first time on Thursday after losing the election. When asked by journalists, he said that everyone knows everything, what is the need to say? During a discussion with journalists, Kushwaha said that this is the age of social media, there is high technology. Is there a need to tell anything to anyone? Everyone knows everything. We have nothing to say. We do not need to say anything.

When asked about Bhojpuri actor Pawan Singh becoming a factor, he said, “Whether he became a factor or was made a factor, everyone knows everything. There is nothing to tell in this.” It is noteworthy that in this Lok Sabha election, NDA-supported Rashtriya Lok Morcha candidate Upendra Kushwaha had to face defeat from Karakat. Left party candidate Rajaram Singh won from here by 1,05,858 votes. Bhojpuri actor and independent candidate Pawan Singh came second, who got 2,74,723 votes.

It is believed that Kushwaha had to face defeat due to Pawan Singh's entry into the electoral fray. Pawan Singh was made a candidate by the BJP from Asansol in West Bengal, but he returned the ticket. After this, he entered the electoral fray as an independent candidate from Karakat. The BJP later expelled him from the party.
